24×7 Engineer Support
In the event of an outage, response speed and quality are critical for maintaining or restoring availability. Namesphere’s German- and English-language support is provided by our in-house engineering team—regardless of the support option selected.
Infrastructure, Namesphere, and platform services are continuously monitored. Anomalies are detected early and assessed by the engineering team, allowing measures to be initiated before disruptions impact operations.
In the event of an alert, the engineering team will analyze, communicate, and resolve the issue without delay. Standard support is provided on a 9×5 basis, with an optional 24×7 extended support model available.

Web Application and API Protection
Web Application and API Protection (WAAP), powered by Link11, protects web applications and APIs from application-level threats. The platform combines features such as a web application firewall, Layer 7 DDoS protection, bot management, and API security into a single integrated solution.
All incoming traffic is routed through the WAAP platform and analyzed in real time. Legitimate traffic is forwarded to the Namesphere, while attacks and unauthorized access are detected early and blocked.
The service is provided as a managed service. Onboarding, operation, rule maintenance, and adjustments to policies and protection mechanisms are handled by our engineering team. Changes can be implemented on an ongoing basis without interfering with the existing application architecture.
Namesphere’s infrastructure is connected directly and redundantly to the Link11 platform at Layer 2 and uses Link11 as an additional uplink provider. This ensures that traffic is routed without any additional detours, which supports efficient processing and stable response times.

Fastly Full Site Delivery
Fastly’s Full Site Delivery enables the delivery of entire websites via a globally distributed CDN, including dynamic content. It is based on an edge architecture using Varnish technology, which offers fast processing and flexible control over caching rules.
Unlike traditional CDN caching, content can also be dynamically processed or cached at the edge. This reduces response times and offloads the origin systems without losing control over the delivery logic. A prerequisite is clean integration on the application side so that caching logic and headers can be used correctly.
The service is provided as a managed service. Configuration, rule sets, and ongoing optimizations are handled by our engineering team. Adjustments to caching strategies, routing, or delivery logic can be implemented quickly and globally, without traditional deployment cycles.
